About Me

I’m a Computer Engineering student passionate about technology, data, and mathematical analysis. My experience includes data analysis, workflow automation, and designing efficient workflow logic with interpersonal skills in event operations and student leadership. I’m especially interested in embedded systems engineering, machine learning software engineering, and statistical data science. My ultimate goal in my academic journey is combining these three disciplines to create a special senior capstone project that will prepare me for real-world projects.

Currently, I am focused on enhancing my technical skills through coursework, allowing me to start working on hands-on projects that will prepare me for internships. I am developing my skills in object-oriented programming and circuit analysis to build a strong foundation in firmware engineering. On the data side, I am developing proficiency in Python, SQL, and R for statistical computations, while building a strong foundation in data science to advance toward machine learning.

Work Experience

Data Analyst Intern

Athens Services

June 2025 – August 2025 • Pacoima, CA

In a data-driven business environment, I worked with large-scale datasets containing 30,000+ customer records across Ventura and Orange County, using SSMS to join and query databases to support operational needs. To improve efficiency, I contributed to Salesforce application development, including enhancements to the Field Service mobile app, and updated low-code applications in AppSheet to automate internal workflows. Additionally, I gained exposure to business intelligence practices by shadowing the development of Tableau dashboards, observing how data is translated into actionable insights. I also participated in developing an AI-powered database with a custom user interface, gaining exposure to UI/UX design and full-stack development while integrating data management with user-friendly design.

Student Assistant – Events & Conferences

Cal Poly Pomona – College of Engineering

August 2025 – May 2026 • Pomona, CA

In a fast-paced, event-driven environment, I planned and hosted engineering events for the Dean’s boards and student organizations, averaging 5–8 events per month. To support event operations, I managed folder-based databases and cleaned and validated over 1,000 attendance records in Excel to ensure data accuracy. I also owned Eventbrite registrations and created promotional materials in Canva to increase event turnout and engagement. Additionally, I coordinated with vendors, companies, faculty, and staff while managing 25Live reservations and tracking event data to ensure smooth execution and organization.

Extracurricular Activities

Engineers Without Borders

Treasurer • 2025 – 2026

As Treasurer, I managed club finances across General, Donation, and ASI accounts totaling over $5,000, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely transactions, and proper payment processing. To support organizational operations, I handled disbursement approvals and prepared annual budget submissions for funding and events. I collaborated closely with the executive board to plan budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate events while meeting all university financial deadlines. Additionally, I actively participated in events and community service initiatives, contributing to projects aligned with the EWB mission of “Building a Better World.”

Dean of Engineering Student Advisory Board

Board Member • 2025 – 2026

As a member of the Dean’s Student Advisory Board (SAB), I represented the interests and needs of the College of Engineering student body by providing direct feedback to the dean on student experiences and initiatives. I contributed to strengthening communication between students and college leadership while supporting strategic improvements within the college. Additionally, I represented the college at premier events and tours, engaging with prospective students, faculty, and industry professionals. Through this role, I developed professional relationships with industry leaders and demonstrated leadership by actively contributing to events and initiatives that promote the college’s mission and community.
